I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its proximity to the beach made it even more enjoyable. The spacious surroundings and lush greenery gave the place a tranquil feel. The highlight for me was the beautiful pool, which offered a perfect respite from the sun. The breakfast service was impeccable. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes. It was a great way to start each day of my stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression on me. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful beachside experience with its convenient location, refreshing pool, scrumptious breakfast, and welcoming staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at this Pattaya beachfront hotel. The beach and comfortable loungers provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were friendly, and the convenience of having shops, food stalls, and restaurants within walking distance was a definite plus. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider updating and upgrading their furniture in the lobby as the current furnishings do not match the hotel's overall ambiance. On a positive note, the pool provided a pleasant evening swim, but it's essential that the hotel installs pool lights to prevent accidents, as I experienced a minor injury due to the pool's rough surface. Furthermore despite two phone calls, the room service failed to collect our used plates from the restaurant for two days, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cleaning service should pay more attention to removing hair from the floor

I was resting here fm 02.01-06.01 Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff! Restaurant and bar with excellent cuisine and assortment. And of course in the heart of Pattaya. Everything you need is within walking distance! I will definitely stay here next time!

Beach front. Nice view cafe. The car park is a bit inconvenient. Need to park at separate area and it look run down.

We went back to the hotel at 11pm and there was no parking space. We asked the security guard and the doorman and we were told that we could just park in front of the store and the hotel's golf cart came to pick us up. However, we were fined 300 the next day. The hotel said that the doorman's English was not good and he didn't know anything. Where did we park the car? No hotel staff told us to stop there. Who did we meet? A hotel that doesn't want to be responsible at all. 300 things are small, but it doesn't want to be responsible for any mistakes. It ruined our mood during the trip. Staff training needs to be strengthened.

Friendly Staff but clean the room not really good, the water in Pool is dirty many Russian loud and insensitive (own Sound box in the Pool area) The inventory is old, worn and dirty

The property is very nice but services are terrible. While booking room we specially paid extra for sea view room but we got garden view plus this hotel showed it had indian food, but while breakfast there was no indian food the services was so bad while we were eating they took the plate away .

Location is Not Good , Out of City Property Beach view is too Small Not Activities Rooms views not Good Dead location Breakfast - No Indian food No water Given after 2 bottles - paid bottles available. No drinking water at Reception.... - swimming Pool is Good Near by hotels are Good - Pullman pattaya Beach resort is Good Experience last time .
